Duties:
• Conduct on-line information and data searches
• Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports
• Find sources for data collection and implementation.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Train new users within customer organizations
• Assure the quality of data and results delivered to the customer
• Field and address customer issues and work with product team to resolve in the short and long terms

Qualifications:
• 1 to 3 years experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Good writing skills
• Background in Information Technology a plus
• Background in enterprise cyber or internet security a strong plus
• BS required
