Prevalent is the leading Third-Party Vendor Risk Management and Cyber Threat software platform in the US. Prevalent develops its SaaS-based proprietary technology platform for various industries, which includes the Legal and Higher Education Vendors

Responsibilities/Skills:
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
• Endpoint management & support
• Familiarity with Windows 7 and 10 desktop operating systems, Apple iOS, and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Office 365)
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• User Account Management
• Experience managing endpoint protection software.
• Network and VPN experience
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on all IT and network equipment
• Knowledge of basic networking and connectivity — DHCP, DNS, etc.
• TCP/IP networking concepts, PC hardware & Microsoft applications
• Network switches and routers experience
• OPN Deployment and managing client S2S
• Ability to quickly diagnose and fix problems

Requirements:
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and problem solving skills – Excellent communication, customer service skills
• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience
