Job: Marketing Operations Manager
Prevalent is seeking a first-rate Marketing Operations Manager with B2B SAAS-based experience for its growing marketing department; the position will be in its Warren, New Jersey headquarters. The ideal candidate should be proficient in analyzing media campaign performance and will provide strategic insights and campaign optimizations. The candidate must demonstrate a strong attention to detail, have excellent organization skills, be proficient in Excel and SalesForce CRM reporting.
The Marketing Operations Manager position will report to the head of marketing and will be expected to apply experience, creativity, planning and leadership to achieve strategic goals, as well as, develop tonality in its marketing materials that will enable Prevalent to be positioned as the marketing leader in its respective industry.
Prevalent is the leading Third-Party Vendor Risk Management and Cyber Threat software platform in the US. Prevalent develops its SAAS-based proprietary technology platform for various industries, which includes the Legal and Higher Education Vendors.
The Marketing Operations Manager should have a minimum of 2-3 years of digital marketing campaign analysis experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Analyze digital marketing campaign performance to maximize customer acquisition and user engagement
• Deliver weekly, month, quarterly, and annual SalesForce, Google Analytics and Pardot reports to gauge effectiveness of online search, display advertising campaigns on the site/engine, placement/keyword, and creative levels
• Create Lead Reports with the various lead stages of MQLs, SQLs, SALs, Opps, Wins
• Provide insight on data trends and anomalies, making recommendations where appropriate to improve business performance
• Collect and organize data to identify opportunities and create tests for site and ad optimizations
Desired Skills & Experience:
Must have a minimum of (2) years of digital marketing campaign and analysis experience, ideally with a B2B SAAS-based or Enterprise Software Company, or client-side software product marketing team, or a digital marketing agency
• 2-4 years of digital marketing experience
• Highly proficient in Excel, SalesForce, Google Analytics
o Has created Executive-level reporting with each of the above products
• Experience with Marketing Automation Reporting, preferably Pardot
• Has created reports defining Marketing and Sales conversion leads for the sales leads pipeline, such as MQLs, SQLs, SALs, Opps, Wins
• Knowledge of digital marketing terminology
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop action plans as well as to provide insightful and impactful analysis.
• Must be able to work independently and possess excellent time management skills
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing preferred
• Creative thinking and the ability to find innovative solutions
• Detail-oriented
• Can work in a fast-paced Start-up environment
