Job: Manager, Inside Sales

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our inside sales team. Our ideal candidate should be able to monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales operations process.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will collaborate with various departments, so it’s essential that you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. You should also be able to lead and motivate your team to achieve specific goals.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the hiring of Inside Sales Reps
• Manage the inside sales team
• Provide training and coaching including listening in on calls, and providing written/verbal feedback during weekly check-ins
• Set and track sales targets for your team
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
• Conduct pipeline review meetings
• Prepare weekly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
• Build an open-communication environment for your team
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Management departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager
• Hands on experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
• In-depth understanding of the sales operations process
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• BA/BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant field
• 3-5+ years of direct management experience, preferably within a technology company
• 2+ years in a software sales business development role
• Cold calling experience in B2B or B2C lead generating environments
• Information security experience is a plus
• Self-starter who is successful at meeting deadlines and motivating sales teams
• High Personal integrity and credibility
