Job: Field Marketing Manager

Warren, New Jersey

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, coordination and execution of the company’s field marketing programs across North America. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this key member of the marketing team contributes to the development and implementation of the company’s sales and marketing strategies to help ensure achievement of Company business plan and revenue goals.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and execute all field marketing programs for Prevalent Inc. with the Director of Marketing
• Create and manage content for all field marketing programs, including: lead generation, newsletters, website, whitepapers, datasheets, events, etc.
• Design and execute an internal communications plan for sales teams and company
• Assist with trade show/event coordination and support
• Assist in the procurement of speakers for various industry events
• Identify appropriate media for communications materials based on content, distribution channels, timing and budget
• Prepare and negotiate contracts with outside vendors for marketing & communications plans
• Coordinate and work with managerial, engineering and sales staff to advance marketing goals

Essential Skills, Qualification and Education Needed:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or equivalent education
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in developing and executing marketing programs within a B2B technology or software organization is required
• Solid understanding of B2B lead generation, newsletter creation and internal communications
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, specifically Pardot & Salesforce preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to a proof-reading capability
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, results-oriented
• Must be willing to work at corporate headquarters in Warren, NJ
• Travel < than 20%
